JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Monday 7th & 14th July                                                     

9:30am : U10–12s Junior Ballers Skills Session Domestic Level (Max 10)

  • Covers all skills required for the young baller, as well as competing in a 1 v 1 setting and small sided games       

               

3pm : U14–16s Shooting Session Domestic Level (Max 10)

  • Big emphasis on footwork and overall technique, then being able to keep this form in game like movements

              

4-5:30pm : U14-16s Complete Athlete 90 Min Session (Max 8)

  • Combined session with half in the gym covering strength and conditioning exercises, and half on court covering general skills and a lot of shooting   

        

6pm : U16-18s Advanced Rep Athletes (Max 8)

  • Small group training for the elite rep athlete. Advanced skills and moves, situational drills, basketball IQ development. By application, email us.

 

Tuesday 8th & 15th July

9:30am : Under 12-16s Shooting Session, Beginner or Inexperienced (Max 10)

  • Setting athletes that are new or fairly new to basketball on the right track with their shot. Hand placement, follow through, footwork, and plenty of shots up.

 

10:30am : U14-18s Shooting Session Advanced Rep Athletes (Max 10)

  • Advanced shooting drills off movement and dribble, contested, decision making, creating space. We’ll give you the tools to take your scoring to the next level

 

4pm : U14-16s Skills Session, High Level Domestic and Rep (Max 10)

  • Overall skills session catering for the advanced domestic athlete and those playing rep. Challenging, game based and paced, with plenty of shooting.

 

5-6:30pm : U16-18s Complete Athlete 90 Min Session (Max 8)

  • Combined session with half in the gym covering strength and conditioning exercises, and half on court covering general skills and a lot of shooting   

 

Wednesday 9th & 16th July                             

9:30-11am : Complete Athlete U14-18s (Max 8)     

  • Combined session with half in the gym covering strength and conditioning exercises, and half on court covering general skills and a lot of shooting   

 

11am : U12s Junior Ballers Skills Session Rep Level (Max 10)

  • Building on the rep foundation, developing that next level of overall skill in readiness for 14’s. And improving on game awareness and IQ in various basketball situations.

 

4pm : U14-16s Skills Session Domestic and Lower Level Rep (Max 10)

  • Quicker moves, finishing at the hoop under contact, competition and creativity, all aimed at helping you take the next step.

 

5pm – 6:00 : Under 14 Rep Only Skills Session (max 8)

  • Small group training for the elite rep athlete. Advanced skills and moves, situational drills, basketball IQ development. By application, email us.

 

6pm : U16 – 18s High Level Domestic and Rep (Max 10)

  • Overall skills session catering for the advanced domestic athlete and those playing rep. Challenging, game based and paced, with plenty of shooting.

 

Saturday 12th July

9–10:30am : U14-16s Complete Athlete 90 Min Session (Max 8)

  • Combined session with half in the gym covering strength and conditioning exercises, and half on court covering general skills and a lot of shooting   

 

11am – U16-20s Shooting Session Advanced Rep Athletes (Max 10)

  • Advanced shooting drills off movement and dribble, contested, decision making, creating space. We’ll give you the tools to take your scoring to the next level
