Small Group Basketball Training

Get ready to elevate your game! Our program is designed specifically for passionate basketball players looking to reach new heights. We create dynamic training groups where athletes can challenge themselves alongside peers of similar age and skill. With a maximum of 12 players per session and often two highly skilled trainers—who have excelled at the highest levels—you're in for amazing experience!

 

Our sessions dive into the fundamentals, perfect shooting form, and intensive repetitions, all while focusing on competitive drills that get you comfortable withity and game-like scenarios. Say goodbye to fluff and hello to effective training that's relevant to today's game, helping you smash your goals!

 

Plus, we offer three sessions each week that focus on strength, conditioning, bounce, and shooting. In the gym, prioritize correct form and build a strong fitness foundation, ensuring you progress as you grow stronger Let’s take your skills to the next level!

Small Group Shooting Sessions

Get ready to elevate your shooting skills! Our sessions are all about perfecting your form, footwork, balance, and verticality—whether you're on the move, off the dribble, or finishing with flair! With high-volume, game-paced drills, you'll be pushed to reach your full potential. Shooting masterclass is for the advanced shooter ages under 14's - under 20's. Shooting school is for those athletes looking to improve and refine their shooting technique first.

Strength and Conditioning

Supervised Personal Training

Get ready to elevate your game! We offer an incredible 14 hours each week with a dedicated personal trainer at the gym, providing you with everything you need to succeed. Enjoy initial athlete assessments, customized program design, ongoing monitoring, and access to the amazing teambuildr app—all included! Our focus on general strength & conditioning, jumping programs, and injury prevention will empower you in a supportive environment where hard work is celebrated, helping you unlock your full potential. We truly believe that the effort you put into the weight room will transform your basketball performance on the court! This program is perfect for athletes aged 14 and up (parent/guardian permission required). Just remember, an induction session is necessary beforehand, and sticking to the program is key to achieving your goals!

Individual Hoop Hire

We have hoop hire available at the below times, and often extra availability during peak times so check our schedule regularly via the book online section.

Tuesday 10am - 12pm, 2 - 4pm

Wednesday 10am - 12pm

Thursday 10am - 12pm, 2 - 4pm

Saturday 10am - 3pm
